NBNFTs
In collaboration with Northwestern University’s Knight Lab and the student-run publication North by Northwestern, I helped mint NBNFTs, a series of tokens available for purchase on the blockchain. My contribution for the project was the artwork you see below; all of it was designed by me, and I created upwards of 10,000 variations of designs for the cats you see below to generate automatically when a user purchased the product. Proceeds went towards funding North by Northwestern.
WNUR Sports
WNUR Sports is Northwestern’s sports radio station, broadcasting every Northwestern sporting event to all of Chicagoland. At WNUR Sports, I work as social media director and head of graphic content. In that role, I’ve put together graphics for all of NU’s sports teams, and a full redesign of WNUR Sports’ brand.

Original from previous designer (2015)
The OG logo was iconic. But we were having trouble, in recent years, with integrating it into our various graphics, and felt it was dated for the direction we were taking the station. Since I took over as social media director, we expanded into Instagram and TikTok, and we wanted a logo that used the circular logo space better.

My redesign (2021)
The new logo uses softer edges and strays away from the Wildcat serif font found in the original logo. Though I liked the integration of the Northwestern “N,” I ended up opting out of that look in favor of the cleaner, more streamlined sans serif font we chose. This new logo fits far better in our Twitter, Instagram and TikTok profiles, and after its application, we ended up getting verified.
